Types of Access
There are 2 types of access to vCampus. Full Access and Instant Access. Both are available to families currently enrolled in the Australian Christian College - Distance Education.
Instant Access
The first level of access to vCampus is Instant Access. This gives people access to the information side of vCampus. This gives you access to:
-
Learning Objects
Other extras and hints associated with PACEs
Scope and Sequences
Newsletters
Forms
Information about subjects other than PACEs
Information about events
To gain Instant Access simply fill in the form below and click "Request Access". The family code is the one you were given when you enrolled and the email address is your current email address. Do make sure that the office has your current email address on record.
Full Access
Full Access has all the benefits of Instant Access plus social interaction in the form of
-
forums,
chat and
messaging.
So for you and your children to make friends all over Australia and even overseas with like minded people get into Full Access.
To gain Full Access make sure that your Australian Christian College office has a copy of:
-
your family Medicare Card
the birth certificate for each of the children and
a photo ID for either Dad or Mum or both.
an email address.
Copies of the above items need to be sent to your Australian Christian College office before you proceed with your application. The online form will not let you finalize your application unless your Australian Christian College office has recorded that it has received these copies. If you sent in copies of your family medicare card and your children's birth certificates when you joined ACC then you do not have to resend them. You would only need to send in a copy of your photo id such as a drivers license.
Fill in the form below, make sure "Full Access" is selected, and fill in your Family Code and Email Address then click the "Request Access" button. An email will be sent to you. The purpose of this is to confirm that vCampus can communicate with you by email. This is necessary to be part of vCampus. So, go to your email a/c and look for the email from vCampus. On the email will be a link to click which will take you to an application form for Full Access.
If this email is not received the email may have gone to a junk mail folder. You should look in your junk mail folder. If this does not work then you should check that the email you entered is the correct one. If it is not then you need to contact the office with the correct address.
